• Ticket is not transferable.
•  In case of online ticket booking passenger should carry two copies of printed ticket while availing services.
• Luggage to be carried at passenger's risk (Maximum 20 Kgs.).
• Child above 3 yrs. to be charged full fare.
• Before leaving counter please ensure that your journey particulars printed on the ticket are correct.
• The Company is not liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage of passengers or baggage.
• The Ticket issued by the Company shall be subject to the rule of cancellation made by the Company for the time being in force which may be seen at any office of the Company on request.
• Receipt without complaint of registered baggage on the termination of the journey shall be prima facie evidence that the baggage has been delivered correctly and in good condition.
• Traveling without valid or with improper ticket is punishable under M.V Act'88 and W.B. Prevention of Ticket less Travel Act, 1975. Passenger would be “DE-BOARDED”.
• For the Online Transactions, charges will be billed to your Card / Bank Statement as CCAVENUE.COM/CHARGE
• Kindly Note: We may ask the photo ID when details are mismatch of the credit/debit card holder whose card has been used for the transaction. This may be any one of the following: -
  
  * Driver's License or,
  * Social Security Card or,
  * Passport or National Identity Card or,
  * PAN Card / Voters Card.
• For safety reasons dangerous articles such as those listed below, must not be carried in passenger's baggage :
  
  a) Compressed gases - (Deeply refrigerated, flammable, nonflammable and poisonous) such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders. Corrosives such as acids, alkaline, mercury and wet cell batteries. Explosives - ammunitions, fire works and flares.
  
  b) Flammable Liquids and Solids - such as lighter fuel, matches, paints, thinners, fire-lighters, Lighters that need inverting before ignition, Matches may be carried on the person., Radioactive materials, Briefcase and Attaché cases with installed alarm devices, Oxidizing materials such as bleaching powder peroxides., Poisonous and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed-killers and live virus materials.
  
  c) Other dangerous articles such as magnetized materials, offensive or irritating materials.
  
  d) Smoking inside the bus and consumption of alcohol during journey are prohibited. In case of smoking inside the Bus Passenger would be “DE-BOARDED”.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

                                  

                                  A.  In case of non supply of vehicle - Full Amount will be refunded.

                                 

                                   B.  Ticket can be Cancelled Before 6hr of Journey (Service Start Time) ,  Cancellation Charge is 20%.
